How do I book boarding?
All boarding reservations are completed through our mobile app. Please download the app to add pets and request dates.

Do you board both dogs and cats?
Yes, we offer boarding for both dogs and cats.

Are rescue animals and boarding animals kept separate?
Yes. Rescue animals and boarding animals are housed on completely different sides of the building with separate entrances. Dogs may use the same run yard at different times only, and all dogs must be fully vetted.

Is boarding availability limited?
Yes. We currently have limited availability to start:
• 10 dog spots
• 10 cat spots

Do you live on-site?
Yes. We live on-site full time to ensure consistent care and supervision.

How much outdoor time do dogs get?
We are located on 16 acres, with 8 acres dedicated to walking areas. Dogs receive supervised outdoor time daily.

Can multiple pets stay together?
Yes. Multiple pets may share a kennel, and a discount is applied for the second pet when sharing.

Can you administer medication?
Yes. We regularly administer medications for boarding and rescue animals.

What size are the kennels?
• Standard kennels: 5x5
• Large breed kennels: 5x10

Is there an adopter discount?
Yes. Pets adopted from us receive 20% off all services.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A small deposit is required to hold your spot. Deposits are refundable with at least 48 hours notice.

What vaccines are required?
Dogs: Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP
Cats: Rabies, FVRCP, FeLV (required if the cat has ever been outdoors)
